SPOKE. started like all good stories do: sitting at a pub, talking shop over a couple of pints.
It was 2014. The WA economy was reeling after the GFC and the commodity sector had sunk to new lows, and here I was making the decision to launch a new corporate PR and investor relations agency.
Albeit one with a very important proviso.
That if we’re any chance to make it long term we would need to break the mould (or the cookie cutter) for how we would seriously shift the dial for companies to communicate bigger and better.
In the past 10 years, we’ve seen a rapid advancement in the digital world with the rise in social media and video content as a primary communication tool for companies, investors, shareholders and the wider industry.
We’ve seen communication techniques and tactics change shape as companies shifted to suit COVID-19 lockdowns and pandemic restrictions.
Most recently, we’ve seen the adoption of artificial intelligence as a co-pilot for delivering efficient communications, through image altering software like ImageAI.
During all of these communication evolutions, SPOKE. has led the way by offering the latest and greatest tools and strategies to our clients so they can perform at their best.
Ten years on, the non-negotiable continues to be that we are dynamic in our thinking, we embrace change, we strive to innovate, and we focus on outcomes for our clients and our partners as a priority.
This has enabled SPOKE. to forge a position in the market as a commercially sharp yet highly creative and strategic agency that doesn’t use cookie cutters or any other kitchen appliance for that matter.
As we celebrate a decade of growth, innovation and partnership, I want to acknowledge that our success would not have been possible without the support of our clients and partners.
Whether you’ve been with us for years or weeks, I’d like to thank you for your support.
Bring on the next decade.
