Resourceful Minds is designed to equip individuals with the skills and tools to navigate conversations with their teammates if they’re going through tough times, supporting WesTrac’s Mental Health Strategy and being rolled out across its WA business.
YIELD reporter Marissa Taddeo joined both organisations Lifeline WA’s Subiaco headquarters for the launch of Resourceful Minds, which has already trained 26 WesTrac staff become Wellbeing Representatives, providing safe and trusted contact points for colleagues to seek help and support
WesTrac CEO Jarvas Croome said the program was designed to promote building a psychologically healthy workplace.
